Third day of the holiday and we booked for meal at La Tasca de Lita. 7:30. We were welcomed by the brilliant Erica , who is a force of nature with such infectious enthusiasm and her husband and excellent chef Roberto. I had sea bass fillet and my wife had spaghetti carbonara. We drank an Italian Pinot Grigio and ended the meal with tiramisu. It was the best sea bass I have EVER HAD and the tiramisu was unique. Our hosts were friendly, attentive and enthusiastic about their food and serving their customers. They were committed to interacting with every one. A lovely couple. Working well together. The place only had six tables and it was only them and perhaps one other staff member. The meal was not the cheapest one we had had but it was worth every cent for the excellent food. We booked again to go back on our last night of the holiday. Returned and were greeted like old friends. Because it was our last night we pushed the boat out to have a compete three course meal. We started with garlic prawns and the pastry basket with courgette and prawn sauce. Which my wife loved. I had the Saltimbocca, my wife had ravioli especial, more of the lovely Pinot Grigio and this time I stuck with tiramisu but my wife enjoyed a delicious Mandarin sorbet with mixed tropical fruit. A marvellous meal well presented, expertly prepared and served with care. We cannot recommend this place enough. If you are in the island you need to add this restaurant to your list to visit. We had many good meals during our holiday on Lanzarote but this was top of our list.

The best food we had in Lanzarote! We returned 3 times throughout our trip it was that good! We were served by Erika who was extremely welcoming and a truly lovely lady. The food was absolutely divine, personal favourites were the pesto pasta and the garlic bread. They also had delicious homemade Sangria to wash it down with. Good prices, fantastic food and service. I’d highly recommend this place for a delicious lunch!

Trust me when I say this was the best experience in Lanzarote for dining in whole week we were there. The owners were really nice, the lady is super fun and generous, she left whole bottle of caramel vodka and honey rum on table so we maybe had more than 1 shoot Deserts were amazing, the highlight of the day, other food was also delicious… Cockatils were hughe and sooo good! Our full recommendations!
